Collins loves to play outside. Usually whatever he is wearing at the time winds up dirty and sometimes torn. He is tough on clothes and would love some new piece to wear this winter!
Collins is 8 years old and lives in TX
Collins came into Foster Care due to significant abuse and neglect. His story is unfortunately the worst the county has ever seen. Collins is a sweet young boy who has a long road ahead of him especially with being nonverbal. With the endless outpouring of love and support, Collins will soon be traveling that road with a ton of supporters!
