City Living NYMilcah is a former foster youth in NYC. She graduated with her Bachelors degree in Communications, and hopes to pursue a career in either PR, advertising, or community development. She is currently in a two year fellowship to learn more about how government agencies function, so that she can best use her skill set to help they succeed. Milcah has two other siblings that also aged out of the NYC foster system, and they remain extremely close and support each other in all endeavors.
Milcah attended One Simple Wish's Holiday Wish Party in NYC on December 16th. She had so much fun at Dyllan's Candy Bar. After receiving her wish certificate and thinking long and hard about what she wanted this is what she chose!
