Winter Boots for Rae who is always cold

Rae had a pair of tall boots that she got while in foster care, and cherished for almost 10 years - she knew how rare it was for someone in foster care to get something more costly, and was so thankful that her last foster parent had done so for her. However, last winter they fully broke and she has been missing them ever since. Rae has MS and is constantly cold. She would love some new cozy comfy boots to wear this winter
Rae is 30 years old and lives in NY
Rae is a former foster youth who is currently residing on her own in a studio in NYC public housing. Rae was diagnosed with MS a few years ago, and struggles with her health at times. She hopes to work in Human Resources, as she loves helping others and linking people with career opportunities. She advocates for youth in care and sees herself as a 'foster care ambassador'
