A Laptop for Yves who wants to better the foster care system

Yves is such a funny, lighthearted young man! But, one thing he is passionate about, is making foster care better than it was for him. Yves is part of a committee of foster youth whose mission is to make the foster care system better for the children who have to experience it. Yves hopes for a laptop to better track his accomplishments!
Yves is 24 years old and lives in NY
Yves came to the United States as a refugee when he was 3 years old as an orphan. He is currently in classes to prepare him to age out of the foster care system. He is a very motivated young man who has secured a job for himself and has maintained this job for over a year. Yves has not been adopted, although he has hoped for a family for many years. Yves is now looking forward to gaining his independence. He is also a part of a committee with the mission of making the foster care system better.
