It would be so nice for G'Henai to have her own safe, comfy, spot for her to hang out with our family in the living room. She deserves to be involved and a part of all the action in the house and unfortunately, she spends most of her time in her wheelchair due to her medical issues. Alternate seating is not covered by insurance so the foster family has found this special bean bag chair that would allow G'Henai to have somewhere to safely sit other than her wheelchair.The chair molds to her and would allow her to be comfortable while she plays with toys, watches tv, or just hangs out with her family.
G'Henai is 16 years old and lives in NE
G'Henai is a happy vibrant girl! She is involved in a special abilities cheerleading squad, and seems to really enjoy it. She likes to be talked to and interacted with, and she absolutely has fallen in love with her foster family's dog! Her favorite pastime is lounging around and watching/listening to the Disney channel. Her favorites on Disney seem to be “That So Raven” and “Hannah Montana”! Although G'Henai is non verbal and non mobile, she doesn't let things get her down. She has overcome so much, and does it all with a smile on her face.
