Therapeutic Interagency ProgramTori is an amazing big sister to her younger siblings. She has gone through a lot in her life and feels like it is her job to take care of the little ones, which is a tough job for a child. She needs a chance to feel safe at home so that she can finally have people take care of her.
Tori is turning 15 soon and has mixed feelings about the big day. She wants to celebrate, but also knows that this birthday will be missing some important people to celebrate with her. We would love to celebrate her by sending her on a shopping spree to pick out some awesome new clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, whatever her heart desires!
