Naya is an incredibly resilient and determined young woman. She is a single mother who lives in a NYCHA apartment in Brooklyn, NY, and is doing her best to care for her 2 year old daughter. Naya has left foster care within the last year and is trying her best to manage independent living, all while balancing a cardiovascular condition and parenting alone. She has been incredibly skilled at managing her money and time, but deserves a little extra help with all the challenges she faces on a daily basis.

Naya is an incredibly resilient person who has been raising a child on her own for the last two years. She's been working for the last few months but recently lost her job, which has sent her into a state of emergency. While she's done all she can to get set up with benefits until she can get back on her feet, she is in immediate need of money for groceries for her and her toddler.
