A Laptop for Frida to use for remote learning

Frida has been in community college for about a year now and does not have a laptop of her own. She has been using the campus computers when allowed but given the current pandemic she is not allowed on campus. She has been submitting her essays and work through her phone which has been taking hours. Frida would love to have her own laptop to submit her work thoroughly and completely.
Frida is 23 years old and lives in CA
Frida is an incredibly hard working young lady who is very family oriented and is a positive influence in her younger sister's life. She helps take her younger sister across the border to see her mother on the weekends. Frida is living on her own through a housing program and is making strides in learning to live independently.
