A bike and helmet for Kole to get outside and have some fun

Kole is placed in a resource home in Bergen County and doesn't have any outdoor toys to play with and does not have a back yard. He is able to take walks with his resource mom and would really love to be able to learn ride a bike around the neighborhood.
Kole is 11 years old and lives in NJ
Kole is a smart and funny little guy. He has been in foster care since he was three years old and has recently been moved to be adopted by his maternal aunt. Kole is diagnosed with Autism, ADHD and Global Developmental Delays. He requires 24/7 supervision and is in constant motion and talking from the moment he wakes up until the moment he goes to bed! He loves playing with Lego's, dinosaurs, cooking and eating.
