Jay is an amazing toddler who enjoys learning about new things. He has been in foster care for the past year and due to COVID-19 restrictions and challenges, contact with his birth family has been limited. This has had a major impact on his behavior. Jay, who is normally running around with a big smile on his face, has now been experiencing more tantrums and is sometimes uncontrollable. Jay's treatment believes this is due to lack of contact with his birth family and inability to express his loss. Granting this wish for Jay would allow him to have access to books that can help Jay learn how to express himself in a positive way.
Jay is 7 years old and lives in CA
Jay is an amazing little guy who is a phenomenal big brother. He enjoys spending time with his family and loves learning. He knows how to spell his name and count to 100!
