A Tablet and Case for Timothy to help with his speech delay

Timothy has a speech delay. The family he is currently staying with is in the process of beginning speech therapy classes however at this time, the family does not have any educational games or movies for the child. They feel like perhaps downloading some basic matching games, shapes, colors etc on the tablet would be beneficial to him. Timothy struggles with language and verbalizing his needs. The family is hopeful that they could find some programs where they could help the child develop his speech and language skills.
Timothy is 9 years old and lives in NJ
Timothy enjoys all things Toy Story and Paw Patrol, he is very interested in cowboys and space rangers. He also loves to watch things about firefighters and police officers and wants to be both when he grows up.
