Tommy is about to start virtual learning in September and foster parents has multiple kids in the home. Tommy would love the chance to have his own laptop so he can really focus on school this year.

Tommy is a great kid who loves school. Tommy is going to participate in at home learning starting in September due to COVID-19. Tommy has been is foster care for about 8 months now after being taken from a home in which he was the sole provider for his younger brother.
