Therapeutic Interagency ProgramPenelope has a ton of energy! She keeps everyone in the house busy, and no matter how active the family is, she always has more energy to burn! She is usually happy but has very intense feelings of anger and frustration, too. She likes to keep everyone on their toes!
Penelope wants to do art projects all the time. She has a new love for sparkles and glitter, but can't use real glitter at home since it is too messy! These glitter glue pens are the perfect solution, and there are so many of them that they will last her a LONG time so she can create tons of works of art.
