He is a lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. Carter loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. His sweet nature leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Carter was removed from his home for the third time. He left with just a small bag of clothing that was dirty and too small. He would like a gift card to go shopping for new clothes. Before going to live with his mom, Carter stayed "fresh." He loves to look nice. New clothes will help him build his confidence once again.
