Jackie's oldest son has started Kindergarten during this pandemic and is enrolled in online learning. Jackie has a Thinkpad that she thought would work for his schooling, but it is unable to download what is needed for her son JoJo to engage in his classes. At this time he has been attending all live sessions on her phone, but has been unable to complete any of the coursework. Jackie is extremely anxious that JoJo is being viewed negatively by his new school and teacher for not completing his work, but she does not know how to proceed. Please consider assisting Jackie and Jojo as they navigate the many challenges of online learning
Jackie is 24 years old and lives in NY
Jackie is a foster youth who is preparing for life after aging out of the system. She currently shares a one bedroom apartment with her two adorable children. She is the most caring mother, always asking for items for her children above herself. She is committed to learning all she can as she begins to enter life on her own after care.
