Quincy came into Foster Care due to significant abuse and neglect. His story is unfortunately the worst the county has ever seen. Quincy is a sweet young boy who has a long road ahead of him especially with verbally limited and only saying 'Thank You'. With the endless outpouring of love and support, Quincy will soon be traveling that road with a ton of supporters!

Quincy loves spending as much time with his siblings as possible. He can not wait for Christmas, especially to see what Santa has left for him under the tree!
