A New Wardrobe for Chloe who had to leave everything behind

When a foster youth moves many times, their personal belongings seem to dwindle down slowly. In the newest move, Chloe lost most of everything clothing wise. It would mean so much to her to get help with a new set of clothes. She loves to stay on top of the latest fashion trends and can not wait to pick out some awesome new winter staples to keep in her closet!
Chloe is 18 years old and lives in OR
Chloe is a beautiful young woman who has faced many challenges since being in the foster care system including multiple moves. She stays focused on returning home to her parent and siblings. Chloe cares about her siblings very much and is always trying to visit or speak with them no matter how far apart they all may be.
