Chloe has been in multiple placements since in foster care and has lost so much of her clothing and shoes. She would love to be able to pick out a few new pair of her favorite shoes and maybe even a shirt or two. Chloe loves Van's and can not wait to update her wardrobe!

Chloe is a beautiful young woman who has faced many challenges since being in the foster care system including multiple moves. She stays focused on returning home to her parent and siblings. Chloe cares about her siblings very much and is always trying to visit or speak with them no matter how far apart they all may be.
