A New Bed for Alexis' nephew

Alexis' nephew was recently placed in care which broke Alexis' heart. She does not want her nephew going through the same traumas she went through, so she has made the decision to take him in. Before he is allowed to come to her home, she has to obtain a bed for him to sleep on. Alexis is committed to making her nephew's transition as easy as possible. She is dedicated to providing a stable living environment for them both, while also giving her nephew the life she dreamed of.
Alexis is 32 years old and lives in NY
Alexis has aged out of the foster care system. She was placed in foster care at a very young age and went to only about 3 foster homes. Alexis found herself being neglected by even the foster care system. Now she sits on a board of youth with a mission to make the foster care system better. She is dedicated, she has such a clear head about life and loves working with financial responsibility.
