Nas is moving toward her goal of independence and has recently moved into her first apartment. Her transition program is supporting her in getting an apartment in her name that she will be able to remain in once her foster care support ends. She has been working full-time and saving towards this goal but since it is her apartment she is expected to furnish and stock it mostly on her own. She has used a lot of her resources on getting the apartment and really needs a mattress for her queen size bed frame. She has been sleeping on the couch while trying to save for a mattress. This gift would make her feel so happy, loved and special during the holiday.
