Ziare is in need of some new winter clothing for the holiday season! Last year's coat and shoes are much too small and worn out. He would be so happy to be wrapped up in a new warm and fuzzy winter coat and new cozy boots.
Ziare is 5 years old and lives in OH
Zaire has some delays since he was born prenatally exposed to substances. He is in a foster placement who hopes to adopt him. He loves to be held and snuggled and rocked to sleep.
