New Room Decor for Reagan to decorate her room at her foster home

Reagan and her younger brother have just been placed in a new foster home. She is having a hard time adjusting to a brand new home and a new school. It is all very scary. Thankfully, she is placed with her younger brother who she loves dearly. This is her second foster home since July and she thinks she would feel more comfortable at this one if she can decorate her bedroom. She would love to pick out a few items at Target that she can hang up on the wall or put on her bed. She is really struggling but this wish can bring her a bit more comfort and security!
Reagan is 14 years old and lives in NJ
Reagan is a very active young lady who loves to play, sing and dance. Reagan loves going to school but finds it to be very hard due to her reading on a lower level than the rest of her peers. Reagan was removed from her mother and father due to drugs and then lived with her grandmother until she got too ill to take care of her. Reagan's grandmother was diagnosed with cancer with only a few months to live. Reagan then entered foster care with her younger brother where she is trying her best to adjust.
