Alaina is coming up on her 16th birthday, and she would like to try something new. She has always thought skateboarding was cool, but was always too scared to try. She would like this birthday to mark the beginning of new things, and has asked for a skateboard for her birthday.

This young lady has been in foster care for several years, yet she continues to be one of the most optimistic people you could meet. She takes great pride in her schoolwork, gives 100% effort, and achieves close to straight A's. Alaina likes to experiment with makeup, watch YouTube tutorials about makeup, and practice new looks with her friends. When she's not doing school work, she enjoys playing games on her phone and coloring in adult coloring books.
