Hannah's Children's HomesCarlos is a sweet and loving little boy. He has struggled with some speech delays but has now improved tremendously due to the love and patience he is receiving. He loves anything to do with Cars and even has a car bed, which he really loves. He truly is a sweet loving little boy who only needs love.
Carlos has been a fighter his whole life! He enjoys the outdoors and has a passion for cars. Every time he sees a car, he gets overly excited. He would be so happy to receive a ride-on for Chrsitmas!
