NJ DCFS - Monmouth CountyPhoenix is the middle child of three boys. He looks out for his younger brother who is only a year younger than him. He enjoys outdoor activities especially riding scooters with his older brother. He enjoys school but says he doesn't have a favorite subject.
Phoenix recently entered out of home placement with his 2 bothers. Phoenix loves playing outside. He would like a pair of rollerblades to skate with his brother! He is excited to learn this new skill.
