Noelle is a honor roll student and top of her class. She is funny, energetic, and loves walking her dog! Dogs are her favorite animals and she wants to be able to continue taking her pet out for walks during the colder months. She is in need of some new winter clothing so she can stay bundled up on their fun walks.
