Self Care Products for Uyi who needs some extra support

City Living NYUyi left foster care around 2014/15, being discharged to family via a kinship placement. Unfortunately, this did not go well and by 2017 Uyi was residing in a homeless shelter. He remained there for about a year before moving to Binghamton to attend college. Uyi is not currently still in school due to his lack of a strong support system, but was linked to our agency in the hopes of locating housing back in NYC where our nonprofit, and others, can better assist him on his path to success.
Uyi unexpectedly had to leave the place where he was staying. Despite the rigorous and hard-working efforts being done by this agency supports, he is expected to experience extreme housing insecurity over the next few months while he waits to be approved for an apartment. Uyi has very little of the things he needs to stay safe, well, and warm. It would be great help for Uyi to take a trip to Target for some self care needs like soap, deodorant, and shampoo.
