Ciara is a high school student who lives with her older sister after a failed adoption. It's been quite a roller coaster of emotions but Ciara is so happy she is able to stay with her sister now. She wishes for new hair products including a lace front wig that she has been eyeing for some time! She would feel confident in her own skin if her special wish is granted!
Ciara is 21 years old and lives in NY
Ciara is an amazing young woman who is entering her junior year of high school. She was adopted out of foster care by a family member, however, this relationship unfortunately did not last. When she was at risk of re-entering foster care, her older sister took her and her brother in to avoid them being re-traumatized by a re-entry into foster care.
