Nicholas is currently in an out of home placement. He is placed with one of his siblings however his other sibling is in a different foster home. Nicholas has a birthday coming up and would like to celebrate with his siblings at Chuck E. Cheese. His parents would attend the celebration as well as part of their ongoing visitation with the children. Nicholas has autism and is very withdrawn during his visits with his family unless there are activities for all 5 of them to participate in together. He would be thrilled to spend this special day at a super fun place filled with activities!
