Workouts will help Lupita improve not only her physical fitness but also her stress levels that accompany the many decisions young adults need to make.

Lupita is a thoughtful and helpful young lady. She currently lives with her foster mother and two younger foster siblings. Lupita enjoys playing soccer and spending time with her friends. She does well in school and helps prepare meals for her family a few times each week.
