Naya is an incredibly resilient and determined young woman. She is a single mother who lives in a NYCHA apartment in Brooklyn, NY, and is doing her best to care for her 2 year old daughter. Naya has left foster care within the last year and is trying her best to manage independent living, all while balancing a cardiovascular condition and parenting alone. She has been incredibly skilled at managing her money and time, but deserves a little extra help with all the challenges she faces on a daily basis.

Naya is a single mom who spends all of her time, energy and resources, making sure she and her daughter are taken care of. She is unemployed, and spends all day with her toddler, most often indoors these days due to cold weather and COVID-19. Naya rarely does nice things for herself, but her birthday is coming up, and she'd love a surprise gift card to Bath and Body Works so she can treat herself to something luxurious. This gift would mean the world to Naya!
