NJ DCFS - Monmouth CountyTommy is an adorable baby who loves to be held. He arrived a little earlier than expected but he is growing stronger every day. Unfortunately he was born with some substances in his system that have caused some medical issues. He is followed by several specialists and therapists who monitor him for delays and growth issues. Despite Tommy's challenges, he is now feeding properly and gaining some weight. He is a resilient little guy!
Tommy unfortunately was exposed to some elements before he was born that may have lasting effects on his growth and development. He needs to attend many appointments with different therapists and specialists as he does his best to thrive and meet his milestones. Due to Covid-19, so many of these appointments are virtual and in order to deliver the best care, the specialists need to be able to see Tommy on camera to monitor him. A tablet would be so beneficial for Tommy who has been referred to Early Intervention services.
