Ana recently moved into an independent living program. When she entered the program, they put her belongings through a machine to sanitize them from bed bugs. As a result, her Uggs melted and the soles came off. She worked so hard at her part time job at Taco Bell to purchase those Uggs for herself, and was really disappointed when they were destroyed. She is hoping to replace them because she loves how cozy they are and and how warm they keep her feet.
