An Ulta Shopping Trip to surprise Cindy on her birthday

Cindy does so much for others and often neglects her own self care. She is so giving and selfless that she would rather spend her money on her siblings than herself. Cindy's case is coming to a close as she turns 18 next month. A shopping spree at Ulta would be the perfect birthday surprise for Cindy who expects so little, if anything, on her special day. Ulta is Cindy's favorite store so this would be such a treat. She will be able to pick out anything she likes if her wish is granted!
Cindy is 21 years old and lives in NJ
Cindy loves children and likes to babysit her younger cousins. Cindy wants to work with children in the future and loves making extra money so she feels independent and doesn’t feel bad asking for things she wants that aren’t a necessity. Cindy used to love to play sports with her friends at school but due to COVID-19 her season was cut short.
