New Bedding and Room Decor for Chelsea's birthday

Chelsea has been wanting to change her room to be less "babyish" for a while. And so on her special birthday next month her family would like to surprise her with new bedding and décor for her room. She will be SO excited!
Chelsea is 11 years old and lives in OH
Chelsea is an amazing big sister to her younger twin sisters. Even though they were living in a home where they weren't properly cared for throughout their younger years, Chelsea tried to make sure her sisters needs were met and they felt loved. She works hard at school and is learning ways to cope with her feelings of anger and sadness.
