This year has been full of new and challenging experiences, and Heriah has had a lot of feelings about everything. This book will be great for her to practice some mindfulness activities to help her cope with some of the things that pop up.
Heriah is 9 years old and lives in OH
Heriah has boundless energy and loves being in school. She likes being the line leader, playing with dress up clothes, doing arts and crafts and pretty much everything else that is at school. At home she doesn't have too much space, so it is a bit harder for her to get her energy out, but she will do any activity that her grandma offers her.
