Candiss has struggled with unemployment during Covid, and has been cobbling funds together to keep her and her daughter in their apartment and food in their pantry. Purchasing other essentials, like new clothes, has been put on hold. Candiss could really use some help with buying new clothes for herself and her daughter, especially because she is looking for a new job and wants to make sure she looks professional.
Candiss is 27 years old and lives in CA
Candiss’ time in foster care was a learning experience. She was able to interact with other kids her age, which was great, and then there were times it was really difficult. However, she does not let her past define her. Candiss’ goals are to go back to school to further her education and create a better life for her and her daughter.
