Carter came into care around his birthday. He was shy at first but started to open up once he was able to see people were on his side. He likes to play football and baseball. He likes to ride bikes. He like playing video games and spending time with his foster brothers.

Carter has been missing his family a lot recently. With COVID there have been more restrictions with visitation and he is only able to do virtual visits every other week. He currently does virtual visits on his foster mom's cell phone. Carter would love a tablet so he can be able to facetime his biological parents.
