Hannah's Children's HomesCarlos is a sweet and loving little boy. He has struggled with some speech delays but has now improved tremendously due to the love and patience he is receiving. He loves anything to do with Cars and even has a car bed, which he really loves. He truly is a sweet loving little boy who only needs love.
Carlos enjoys a very smart young boy. He enjoys playing outdoor activities. This activity will allow him to get more involved in family activities and play with his foster siblings.
