Therapeutic Interagency ProgramCharlie is a really energetic boy who loves to play jokes. He loves his older sisters and is learning a lot now that he is able to go to school. Charlie has a lot of allergies, which can be challenging, but he is a really good sport about it.
Charlie has seen kids around on hoverboards and really wants one! This one will be perfect for him because it is designed for younger kids and doesn't go too fast. He will be super excited!
