A Laptop for Uyi to use this upcoming semester
Uyi, 26 years old
Wish submitted by:
City Living NYUyi left foster care around 2014/15, being discharged to family via a kinship placement. Unfortunately, this did not go well and by 2017 Uyi was residing in a homeless shelter. He remained there for about a year before moving to Binghamton to attend college. Uyi is not currently still in school due to his lack of a strong support system, but was linked to our agency in the hopes of locating housing back in NYC where our nonprofit, and others, can better assist him on his path to success.
Uyi has decided to go to college! His first semester will be this fall and he is so excited to pursue his associates and bachelors degree. Please help us provide Uyi with a laptop in preparation for his first semester in college.
