An Uber Gift card for an important appointment

Due to back pain, Uyi has been having a hard time getting to his appointments through public transportation. He has a very important appointment on Thursday and it would be so helpful if we could provide a Uber gift card for him to get to and from this appointment.
Uyi is 25 years old and lives in NY
Uyi left foster care around 2014/15, being discharged to family via a kinship placement. Unfortunately, this did not go well and by 2017 Uyi was residing in a homeless shelter. He remained there for about a year before moving to Binghamton to attend college. Uyi is not currently still in school due to his lack of a strong support system, but was linked to our agency in the hopes of locating housing back in NYC where our nonprofit, and others, can better assist him on his path to success.
