A New Dress for Judith who just lost her dad

Judith and her three siblings recently lost their father in a tragic accident. She will be attending the funeral in a few weeks and does not have a dress to wear for this occasion. She would like to look her best for this difficult and tragic event that she will be need to attend.
Judith is 12 years old and lives in CA
Judith is a studious young girl who loves technology. She is the oldest of four children who have been placed in foster care. Judith is very loving and protective of her younger siblings. She makes many efforts to be a secondary support to the foster mother so her younger siblings follow directions in the foster home. Judith aspires to work in the technology industry when she grows up.
