Cary aged out of foster care after graduating high school, and has been making it on her own ever since. She had multiple placements in foster care, but her last foster family was very caring and loved her like she was their own child. Fortunately, she is still in touch with them and they are a positive support system in her life. Cary is a devoted mom to her autistic son.

Cary and her adorable 3-year-old son recently left an unsafe home and have moved to a new apartment in a different town. This move was not planned and Cary is trying to keep everything stable for her autistic son, who does not react well to change. Cary is hoping to head to Target and get some healthy groceries for them, and summer clothes that fit them and are comfortable. She is looking forward to making some family meals that she and her son can sit down and enjoy together.
