Alaeha entered foster care when she was 7 months old. Although she did not test positive at birth, her mother actively used meth, kratom, and other substances during pregnancy. Unfortunately, Allie suffers from severe sensory issues, holes in her heart, hemihypertrophy, and multiple other hardships due to drug exposure. Allie was homeless while in her mother’s care and considered failed to thrive when she was placed into foster care. Her mother was not feeding her because she felt like a bad parent asking for formula. Since entering foster care, Allie is thriving. She is now meeting most developmental milestones. She is one of the most determined little girls you will ever meet! She is curious, smart and loving towards everyone...especially animals. She loves to be in enclosed spaces like tents and houses. She loves dramatic play and she would love having a playhouse she can have inside or outside.
