Her home's upkeep is very important to Joselyn, but after all of her bills are paid, there is little leftover for this kind of home purchase. Being able to mow her lawn without having to borrow her neighbor's mower would be such a gift to Joselyn, especially because she takes such pride in her home's appearance.
