A Robot for Oliver who wants to program one to talk

Oliver has always wanted a robot that walks and talks. He has never owned an RC-controlled car or anything so this is very exciting to him. He is in foster care and it has been really hard on him and this would make his day.
Oliver is 8 years old and lives in WA
Oliver is one special young boy. He has such a willingness to forgive and overcome. He is in foster care with his sisters in the same foster home and this has been challenging for him. He has great reading skills and likes science and using his hands to play. He also likes to watch sports on TV with his foster dad and they consider this a day to snack all day.
