Jennifer is an amazing young woman who is currently living on her own after becoming unhoused due to a toxic living environment that she bravely chose to leave. She has been through the foster care system and has now aged out. Even during this time of instability, she has managed to finish her bachelor's degree and enter a master's of social work program, with so much passion and the goal to give back to her current and former foster youth peers.

As a first-generation college student and former foster youth, Jennifer has realized her life's mission is to advocate for and support underprivileged and foster youth by providing them with resources, opportunities, and hope. This is the focus of her master's program, and she is excited to begin her required internship in multiple schools within two different districts and serve the students who need the most supports. However, she is struggling with transportation to the different internship sites, and it is impossible to take the bus to both schools on the same day as she is expected to do. Jennifer's University has told her that they can't help her and suggested she just "drop out" until she is able to secure her own transportation. Jennifer desperately needs a deposit on a vehicle that will give her the ability to travel between the schools and have reliable transportation when she graduates and secures employment. Jennifer has overcome so many obstacles and has worked so incredibly hard to get to this point in her life.
