Jamie will be returning back to college in a few days and is very excited but also nervous about it. She is excited to be living back on campus and being able to see all of her friends, but she is nervous about not having a working computer. She recently reported that the laptop she was given, has stopped working and she will be unable to use it for school this year. She has reached out and asked for help with receiving a new laptop. She said she would like to receive the same one she had, because it had everything she needed and was perfectly suitable for facilitating her college schoolwork.
