Sweet baby Delaney is a little young to understand all she has been through. Although Delaney is in a safe and loving foster home now, there are certain concerns for her safety that are impossible to overlook. Delaney's foster mom would feel tremendous relief if they had reliable security cameras both inside and outside the home to keep a watchful eye on Delaney. Being able to monitor around the house will ensure that Delaney stays safe and sound in her foster home so she can thrive and grow and be surrounded by the love and care she deserves.

Delaney is truly the sweetest little girl ever. She is happy, and she smiles all of the time. Delaney can now roll over, sit up, and is eating baby food. She loves to eat more than anything, and has begun to gain a little healthy weight which has filled her out. Delaney loves music, and she is now reaching for things too.
